Levi deYampert of Sandhill is a CKC registered boy. He is very playful and loving. He has given us many babies that are tricolored like him. He really liked his job, but decided to retire.

His DOB is 1-2-19.

Lael deYampert of Sandhill is an AKC registered girl. She is the daughter of Lady and Leo. She is a 5th generation of ours. She is a blue basset. When she was born, we thought she was stillborn and had given up when she made a slight movement and we got her back to life. We knew she was meant to be ours then. Her name means belonging to God. This definitely suits her, because God gave her back to us. She is a calm, bright and gentle girl. She is a wonderful mother, and takes great care of her babies. Her DOB is 4-16-18.

Lyman deYampert of Sandhill

Libby deYampert of Sandhill is an AKC little lady. She is the daughter of Lady and Leo. She is a beautiful blue basset. She was bottle fed from the day she was born. We got attached quickly! She is the younger sister of Lael. She is very calm like her mom. She loves everyone. We have let her help us many times as a baby sitter for the young puppies we keep. She is our best mother, by far. Libby chases the chickens, but so far is too slow. She loves on the cats.

Her DOB is 6-5-19.

Lyman deYampert of Sandhill is a CKC red boy. He is a follower, and is very laid back. He is very protective of his harem. While being a mellow fellow, he is inquisitive and keeps his nose to the ground. He is also very handsome, and passes his wonderful personality and color to his children. He is named after my Dad, Wyman with the "L" touch. He shares my birthday, February 17, 2022.

Leema deYampert of Sandhill

This is Leema deYampert of Sandhill. She is a beautiful CKC girl that is a leader. She is friendly and lazy. She has a sweet and trusting spirit. She has finally been able to be a mom, and she loved on her babies, and I think she plans to have more in the future. Her birthday is 10-15-22.

Louie deYampert of Sandhill is a CKC registared boy. He is a handsome tricolor with 4 white feet and a black blanket on his back. He is very friendly. He loves to play with everyone. His birthday is Sept. 30, 2021.

Layla deYampert of Sandhill

Layla is a beautiful, playful red and white CKC registared girl, and wife of Liam. She makes an awsome mom with beautiful pups! She is very curious and a leader. Her birthday is 04/14/23.

Liam deYampert of Sandhill

Liam (AKA Goose) is a sweet boy who loves everything on the farm. He loves to be pet and is very gentle and loyal. He is very active and can jump like no other basset I have seen! He can make looking like sleeping on an icy igloo, or feeder or house look comfortable! He likes to be over his wives. He is quite the character of our bunch! He is a CKC boy who loves becoming a DAD. He loves all the girls he can! A real ladies man! His date of birth is 04/03/2023.

Lilly's Little Lady is Lilly's one and only puppy. She is very smart and loving. She has her Dad (Liam's) coloring, and high energy, but her mom's sweet personality. While being a bit wiggly like her Dad, she is playful and bubbly. She is one of our biggest bassets. Her date of birth is 4-2-24.

Lizzy is a very laid back little lady. She loves to give hugs, as she melts in your lap. She rolls over for her tummy rubs. She does let her nose get her in troulble often! She has had the opportunity to get to be a Mom and we were worried she was to attached to us to stay with her babies, but she shares her babies, and has no problem loving them. Below is a picture of her with Lovey at 3 weeks. Her date of birth is 4-21-24

Lolo deYampert of Sandhill

Lolo is very loving and a cuddle buddy. Doesn't she look ready to hunt (on left above). She is very playful and loves to give kisses. She is a tricolor. She is currently married to Liam, but is checking out her options, and hopes to maybe marry Larry when he gets a little older. She is such a cougar! Her birthday is 4-22-24.

Lilo deYampert of Sandhill

Lilo deYampert of Sandhill is the half sister of Lolo. They are very bonded and had not been separated since shortly after birth until we had to move Lilo to the mommy pen to have her first litter. There was plenty of crying for a day or so, but they did finally adjust and Lilo got to be a fantastic mom! She is laid back, smart, happy, and affectionate. sshe is a joy to have in the family. Her DOB is 4-27-24.

Lexie deYampert of Sandhill

Lexie is a beautiful lemon and white girl. She is a 6th generation of ours. She is the daughter of Lael and Lyman. She is full of energy, but also loves her loving! She loves to sing. Her date of birth is 4-29-24

Larry deYampert of Sandhill

This is a home grown little man, who is learning how to protect his older girls in his pen. He is a bundle of energy, born on 5-30-26. He is a future stud, but he thinks he already is being in with the girls and they all give him attention.

Lemi deYampert of Sandhill

I wonder where we came up with her name? Yes, she is a lemon, but a good lemon in this case. She was born here on the farm on 5-6-26. She is very playful and sweet. She can be a little vocal at times, too! Her 1st picture was taken on 6-5-26, her last calm day I think! The picture on right caught her playful mode on 6-13-26.

Lilah deYampert of Sandhill

Yet another baby born here at deYampert Hounds. You might have noticed the likeness of her to Larry. They do share the same father, so are half siblings. She arrived on 5-30-26. She is more reserved and cautious than her brother, but he plans to liven her up now that she has moved in with him! Her name means night to match her color.

Lizzy's Lovey deYampert of Sandhill.

Her personality named her! She is the sweetest puppy. We said that she was Lizzy's favorite, because she is much larger than her siblings! She looks just like her Dad Lincoln. Much more on her as she gets older, but she will be a future mom, but just a baby herself now.

She made a great mother. She is a 4th generation of ours. She can jump like her Mom and Dad. Her DOB is 7-7-15. She is retired now and living the life with an elderly lady with a big fenced in yard and many treats. She sleeps like a queen inside with her new family.
